Black leather pants it seems, have been a fashion staple forever. When I lived in New York (c.1992-2000) it was my staple, weatherproof, waterproof, and fashion-proof statement. In the south it is kind of a hard sell in summer, but soon we will bust out the fall/winter duds (like maybe November?).

What shoes to go with this lovely vintage 80's ruffle dress?

This is an original vintage c.1980's dress that is made of a matte black taffeta fabric. The skirt is very full and lined with black crinoline to keep the shape. The bodice has boning sewn inside for extra support. This is a one of a kind dress and a small size.
